"Pre-order button will be active as soon as stock runs out"

I want to run a pre-order of a limited edition product, so it will only be available in a small quantity.

But it says "Pre-order button will be active as soon as stock runs out". I dont want people to be able to pre-order again once the Pre-order quantity limit has reached its maximum.

How do I do that?
