The other day the pre-order button was working just fine. Now I am trying to get it to work again with no luck. I have checked all the settings on the back end of my store and everything looks as it should. I have also tried resetting my browser and using another device to see if that was it, nothing. On the back end, it says everything is working properly but on the front end of the website, nothing is changing. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Within the Pre-Order app, you used to be able to search for a product by a keyword, or by one word within the title, and it would bring up a relevant list. For example, you could type in "Dress" and all products containing Dress in their title would appear. Now it only allows you to type in the exact title to pull up a specific product. Why was this changed?! It was so convenient before...

Hello - we are new to your tool. Will you share with us what happens when LIVE inventory is added to a product in the store when that product is currently in a pre-order state? Thank you!

I want to run a pre-order of a limited edition product, so it will only be available in a small quantity. But it says "Pre-order button will be active as soon as stock runs out". I dont want people to be able to pre-order again once the Pre-order quantity limit has reached its maximum. How do I do that?

Is there a way to get this to work rather than manually looking through pages of products?

yesterday the button was working just fine. Today it has disappeared and it says "sold out."

We have not changed any settings and cant get the button to come back. Any idea why this would happen?

I have just installed this app, How do you tell between a pre-order and normal order, is there an option for a pre-order to show as a different color to the normal orders?

It will be very confusing to tell which orders need to be shipped from pre-orders if not? 

I have 1000 + products on my shopify, how do I bulk enable the pre-order option all at once? 

In addition, does the pre-order button automatically enables when the product is out of stock?
